The wise store up choice food and olive oil, but fools gulp theirs down.

Commentary

When we come across some income, it’s very tempting to spend it now. But that’s the action of the fool who gulps down his choice food and olive oil. Make sure your storehouses are full – save up an emergency fund. Then when there is a time of no income, you’ll still be able to keep going. It won’t be a crisis, but just an annoyance.
