Wealth is worthless in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death.

Commentary
Your wealth buys you nothing with God. It all belongs to God anyway. So, when we stand before God, how much wealth we have won’t be a factor. The only factor will be our faith in Jesus Christ – and how His righteousness is given to us by His work on the cross.
